Privacy Policy

Last updated on May 8, 2026.

Frazee Consulting LLC ("Frazee Consulting," "we," "us," or "our") provides data integration, custom software, AI, automation, and data architecture services to small and medium-sized businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit frazee.io or interact with our intake assistant (collectively, the "Services"), how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you start a conversation with our intake assistant or contact us directly, you may share details about yourself, your company, and your project — typically your name, email address, the systems and tools you use, the problem you're trying to solve, your timeline, and your budget. You decide what to share; the assistant only knows what you tell it.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we automatically collect limited technical information: IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and to measure aggregate traffic.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to your inquiry and understand the project you'd like help with
  • To follow up with a proposal, scoping call, or referral if relevant
  • To operate, maintain, and improve our website and intake assistant
  • To detect abuse and protect the security of our systems
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use your conversations to train third-party AI models.

Service Providers We Use

We rely on the following third-party providers to operate the Services. Each acts as a processor under our direction and only handles the information it needs to perform its function:

  • Vercel — website hosting and request-level analytics
  • Convex — database that stores conversation history and account records
  • Clerk — authentication for the administrative portal
  • Anthropic — language model that powers the intake assistant; the content of your conversation is sent to Anthropic to generate replies
  • Tavily — web search service the assistant uses to look up products or platforms you mention; only the search query is sent
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

We may also share information with professional advisors (such as accountants or attorneys) under confidentiality, or in response to a valid legal request.

How Long We Keep Information

We retain conversation transcripts and inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to follow up, complete an engagement, and maintain ordinary business records — typically up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, tax records). You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see "Your Rights" below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Connections to our website are encrypted in transit, and access to stored data is limited to people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, however, so we can't guarantee that information transmitted over the internet will never be intercepted.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Object to or restrict certain uses of your information
  • Withdraw consent where we relied on it
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context advertising (we do not engage in either, but you have the right to confirm this)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International Visitors

We are based in the United States. If you visit our website or contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and in countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your country of residence.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are material, we'll provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of an updated policy means you accept the changes.
